Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthens the legs while conditioning the tendons and ligaments of the ankles, knees, and hips, increasing their range of motion and making them more resilient, less prone to injury. The constant weight shifts train balance and body awareness, leading to confident ease of movement within the form and in everyday life. Tai Chi is a physical exercise that focuses the mind, while conditioning the body. Practicing Tai Chi Chuan dissipates stress and reduces stress-related debilities, increases stamina, and strengthens the body and will. Students learn to coordinate hand, foot, and breath control. The movements are practiced slowly without force or power. Tai Chi is also known as moving meditation. People of all ages can benefit from this movement. Qigong (Chi Kung)
The ancient Chinese discovered that it was possible to develop and direct the body’s vital energy, or Chi, in particular ways. It could be nurtured to help prevent disease and premature ageing. It could be made to flow from one person to another and thereby be used to help heal the sick. It could also be employed with powerful effect in the martial arts. Bagua Zhang
This unique style with Daoist origins is an internal form of martial arts. The practice of Bagua Zhang develops the body internally and externally. The constant turning and spinning movements of Bagua stimulate the joints and intrinsic muscles not normally utilized in everyday activities. Compressing and relaxing the core muscles provides an internal organ massage, loosening stagnant energy allowing qi and blood to circulate smoothly. Practicing Bagua will provide a sense of total body connection while enhancing strength, coordination, and agility. It is also well recognized for it’s moving meditation or circle walking. Bagua Zhang’s style is distinguished by serpentine turning and circling movements. Taoist Inner Alchemy - "Ancient Secrets for Modern Life"
Integrating the mind, body and breath during explored Qigong movements, Tai Chi Chuan, Yoga & Meditation. This form of practice allows the mind to let go of the physical holding, so that you can be fully present in the moment-by-moment experience of being alive. As your practice deepens you will learn about yourself by being present to the sensations, emotions and thoughts, and your body’s patterns of alignment, while restoring and revitalizing your life force energy.

The practice of mindfulness is a technique to help people cope with stress, anxiety, pain, change and illness. Mindfulness can enable you to see things differently by undoing mental and physical tensions and anxieties. Mindfulness can bring balance to all that is out of balance in your life. Taoist Yoga
Taoist Yoga is a form
of Chi Kung, a manifold Chinese health system comprised of numerous
techniques for cultivating and directing vital energy known as chi or
prana. Taoist Yoga was originally developed by Taoist priests in
northern China and used for maintaining physical vigor and mental
clarity. It encompasses flexibility training, movement exercises,
visualizations and breathing meditations which are designed to increase
suppleness and stamina, cultivate vital life force, release tension,
